Gather Insights
I gather insights from customers’ feedback or behavioral data, then analyze them to framework the problems yet to be solved.

Pinpoint Problem
As time and technical resources are often insufficient in agile development, I would narrow down the project scope, based on the 80-20 Rule, to focus on solving the most valuable problem.

Design & Iterate
During the implementation phase, I explore different design solutions and thoughtfully select the most practical one. Lastly, I keep track of user feedback and iterate when there’s room for improvement.
